I will say, that i was skeptical to spend so much for a "toy"😅
I got ADHD, and i got it on sunday and i use it all the time, it's been with me everywhere i have been so far - the support team got back to me and helped quickly when i had trouble with the tracking system.
You get a tool with it so you can tighten the little bolt's if it gets lose and 1 ekstra pin if one breaks.
Thats nice.
I had for like 5 days now and like i said i enjoy it and it helps a lot when I'm restless.
I'm nonetheless worried about how long it will hold, but time will show.
It has a very good weight to it - but i can see it get lose over time and then you will only have 1 of the large pins to repair it with. And for the price ( i know thats it's quality and therefore the price ) but it would be nice to have some more options and maybe a manuel for those who dont now how to repair it, not a problem for me, but maybe for others.

But all together and for the time i have had it - great product and it would probably not be the last item i'll order from this site😅👍

Hey Emil,

Wow... thank you so much for such a detailed review - it means the world to us! 🙌 really glad you were happy with our support and in general with our tool, appreciate you!

James @ TACTIQLab.

High price, but really high quality.

It's nice to hold and play with one hand and looks pretty. The weight is just right, and it seems hard to find something like this at this price. The material is also nice, so I plan to buy another one. Very satisfied. 👍

Thanks Ailene!!! Really appreciate the thoughtful review Glad you’re enjoying the weight and the feel of the stainless steel. Awesome to hear you’re planning to grab another one 🙌

James @ TACTIQLab

Very lucky I got this whilst there was stock.....

Correct for the price, my favourite tool too sexy😍

Thanks Darrin! Glad you managed to grab one while it was in stock Really happy to hear it's become your favourite too. Appreciate you sharing the picture as well 🙌

Christian @ TACTIQLab

Bearings rattle-lame spin

The product arrived relatively quickly.
It’s great to play with, and it’s fairly quiet and not noisy like other products.
What I don’t understand is the small bag inside the package containing two screws, a small gold-colored rod, and a hex Allen screwdriver.
What are they for, and how do they relate to the product?

Thanks for the feedback Joshua 🙌 Glad to hear it arrived quickly and that you’re enjoying the feel and low noise level - that was a big focus in the design.

Great question about the accessories too. The small kit is actually for tuning and maintenance. The hex Allen screwdriver is included so you can tighten the main connection if it ever loosens over time, and it also lets you slightly adjust the smoothness/tension to your preference. The two screws and gold rod are spare/customisation parts depending on how you want to set it up!

James @ TACTIQLab.

It's good for the price, I plan to buy the gold one next. different level.

Thanks for the review Joan!!! Glad you're enjoying it The gold version definitely has a different feel to it, hope you like that one just as much when you get it 🙌

Christian @ TACTIQLab

Heavy and good quality!

Thanks for the review Lacey - glad to know you like the Torque!

James @ TACTIQLab.

It's done well, it spins for more than 2 minutes. The only disadvantage is that it does not remain in an open position. It needs to be touched and immediately folded.

Thanks for the honest review Nathan!

James @ TACTIQLab.

spins forever. works for 3 minutes, love it!!!

Thanks for the review Brent - we also love how long it spins for!

James @ TACTIQLab.

Good quality, heavy

Excellent fidget, perhaps a bigger version will be better, waiting for you guys to make it, but this has very good quality!

Thanks for the feedback Rhett, we'll take this onboard for future products!

James @ TACTIQLab.

Wonderful, my boyfriend loved me.

We're glad he enjoyed the gift! Thanks!
