Second set of purchases from Tactiq, and very happy with both the quality and the customer service. An excellent vendor all round!
Great experience. Fun product. Stops me constantly fighting.

Jakość dobra tylko wykonanie gorsze bo musiałem dokręcić śrubki a i tak jest luźne plus część z łożyskami (ten okrągły fidget spinner) się czasami zacina i przestaje się kręcić po 2 sekundach
The more slider designs you come up with the more I'll buy, love having a big variety to choose from for the day.
You're the best Derek, we're currently very close to releasing a few new infinite sliders which you're going to love 👀 , keep an eye out!
James @ TACTIQLab.
Love you guys
You too Derek, we really appreciate you over here at the lab ❤️

Quick and easy and what was sold - will buy again
Appreciate the feedback Ash, looking forward to packing and shipping off your next order 🤝
James @ TACTIQLab.
Great quality products at a reasonable price and outside of my very first order (not the fault of the company) everything arrived in a timely manner. I have made more purchases and will probably continue to do so in the future as more infinity slider models are released.
Thanks so much for spending the time to leave reviews Derek, we're glad we managed to sort out the first hiccup with your order - and we're happy that you trusted us in the end 🙌
James @ TACTIQLab.
This is by far the best fidget device I've ever seen! Highly recommend anything from Tactiq!

I got an infinite slider of here a few months ago, and honestly I couldn't recommend anything more. I jave slight autism and ADHD so really enjoy stuff to fiddle with, and this is definitely my favourite toy. 100% will buy again
Really glad the Infinite Slider has become your favourite thing to fidget with, and that you’re enjoying it so much 🤩. We really appreciate the support, and we’ll be here when you’re ready for the next one!

Too much waiting time
Hey Davide, really appreciate the honest feedback. 🙏 We're still a small company with a relatively small team, so we can sometimes get overwhelmed when order volumes spike, which unfortunately affects shipping times.
We're actively working on increasing our shipping speed and expanding the team and our operations over the next year, so we're hoping to make this a much smoother experience as we grow.
Thanks for your patience and for taking the time to leave a review!
James @ TACTIQLab.
The ordering process was straightforward, the product arrived well packaged, and the quality of the Infinite Slider – Terrain immediately made a very good impression.
Hey, really glad to hear the whole experience made a good impression!! 🙌 We put a lot of thought into the packaging and presentation of the TERRAIN, so it's great to hear everything arrived safely and the quality stood out straight away.
Really appreciate the detailed feedback!
