Supported Countries

We currently support shipping to the following countries and regions:

  • Europe: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
  • Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea
  • Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Unsupported Countries / States

We currently do not support shipping to the following countries and regions:

  • Hawaii, Alaska
    • Due to the introduction of US tariffs, it is no longer economically viable for us to ship our products to these states. We can however do special requests to ship these products but with an unfortunately high shipping fee.Β Email the team at support@tactiqlab.com with the items you want to purchase and we will communicate the delivery cost.

We do our best to ship to as many countries and regions as possible, but there may be some locations where delivery isn't currently available due to postal restrictions or carrier limitations.

If you're unsure whether we can ship to your address, feel free to reach out to our team at support@tactiqlab.com. Let us know your location, and we'll confirm shipping availability and estimated delivery times for you β€” usually within 1 business day.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days to process. This includes time for quality checks, packing, and order handling. Once your item is dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or lost parcels. If we identify any issues with the provided address, we’ll contact you before shipping. We won’t ship until we’ve confirmed your details.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

*We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, delivery may not be possible in some remote or restricted areas. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund immediately.
