At TACTIQLab, we ship worldwide from our network of trusted global suppliers. Our goal is to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
No hidden customs / import fees
The price you pay at checkout is final. We cover all customs duties and import taxes on every order, so you’ll never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Customs processing times are set by your country’s authorities, and in rare cases they may add a short delay to delivery.

Processing Time
All orders take 1–2 business days to process, including quality checks, packing and order handling. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking information.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or lost parcels. If we find an issue with your address, we’ll contact you and won’t ship until we’ve confirmed your details.

If your country isn’t listed above, email us at support@tactiqlab.com with your location. We’ll confirm whether we can ship to you and the estimated delivery time, usually within 1 business day.
*We ship to most countries worldwide, but delivery may not be possible in some remote or restricted areas because of postal or carrier limitations. If that happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund immediately.
