Refund policy

At TACTIQLab, we’re committed to delivering high-quality everyday carry products with a seamless experience. If something’s not right, we're here to make it right. Below you’ll find information regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition - unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a production issue or defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@tactiqlab.com. We’ll sort it out for you with a free replacement and cover the delivery cost to get a new one out to you as quickly as possible.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us. Simply email support@tactiqlab.com to initiate the return, and we’ll provide you with the return address.

We strive to offer free shipping on all orders, and we cover this cost on the way to you. However, for change of mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping via their local post office. Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it meets our conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Alternatively, you may request a refund. In this case, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@tactiqlab.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Our team process orders quickly, and once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after it has been delivered (see Return Eligibility).

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@tactiqlab.com.
