If anything’s not right with your order, we’ve got you. We take quality seriously - so if your item arrives with a defect or production issue, just contact us within 14 days at support@tactiqlab.com and we’ll sort it out straight away with a free replacement, on us.

If it’s not quite what you expected, you can still return it. We cover the cost of getting your order to you, but for change-of-mind returns, you’ll just need to arrange and cover the return postage via your local post office. Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll get a full refund.

This fidget is fantastic build quality and feels great in the hand. The only thing id like as an improvement is the end of the gun barrel where it spins would be awesome if it had bearings inside for a smoother spin motion. The click of the gun going in and out is very satisfying and the tracks ratchet as they spin which is cool! Great product! Thanks!
