If anything’s not right with your order, we’ve got you. We take quality seriously - so if your item arrives with a defect or production issue, just contact us within 14 days at support@tactiqlab.com and we’ll sort it out straight away with a free replacement, on us.

If it’s not quite what you expected, you can still return it. We cover the cost of getting your order to you, but for change-of-mind returns, you’ll just need to arrange and cover the return postage via your local post office. Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll get a full refund.

I quite like this fidget. It makes a satisfying rachet sound. It's not the smoothest feel (there's a bit of resistance and the shell is textured) so if you want something to use aggressively, this may make your fingers sore. For me, it's perfect! I don't mind a more controlled slow fidget since i have other fidget spinners for when i want to go ham lol. The build quality is good for the price.

Nicely packaged. Works flawlessly. Runs smoothly and puffs with every turn. You don't know what to do with your hands. Instead of reaching for a cigarette, buy something like this.

This is sitting on my desk as i'm writing my review. Good quality, i've noticed after playing around with it that the screws come a bit loose, but it comes with a tool to tighten it too. No complaints!

It has a very good texture and looks luxurious. The movement is plain, but you can enjoy taking it apart and assembling it.

I freaking love it. It feels good in the hand. Has some weight to it and you can disassemble it if something requires cleaning. It comes in its own little case and i love that.

Great fidget toy, feels very nice in your hand, made from good quality metal with a decent weight. Clicking sound is quite loud so might annoy people around you, but is very satisfying if that's what you like.

Nice little toy. It feels heavy and works well. I could do without the clicking noise when it moves though. Comes with its own little case and a wrench to tighten the screws.
